Existing Subsidy Framework

The Budi Madani RON95 subsidy, which provides a monthly limit of 300 litres of RON95 petrol at a subsidised price of RM1.99 per litre, has been renewed. This programme, initially rolled out in phases from September 27, has already benefited over three million users, including members of the Malaysian Armed Forces, Royal Malaysia Police, and recipients of the Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR) in the B40 category.
