The reason cited for the request was the temporary closure of Hamidi Mohd Noh's law office after several staff members tested positive for Covid-19, which created difficulties in accessing the necessary trial documentation.
Court's Decision

The court, presided over by judge Collin Lawrence Sequerah, allowed the defence's application for a postponement. The prosecution team, led by deputy public prosecutor Datuk Raja Rozela Raja Toran, confirmed the court's decision regarding the rescheduled date.
Original Hearing Schedule
