Further Research Planned in June and UK

Following the visit to Canada, the study is slated to continue in Australia during June. The research is expected to conclude with investigations in the United Kingdom, with the collaboration of several universities. Mauritius Considered as a Potential Model

In addition to Canada, Australia, and the UK, Hong Kong has also been identified as another jurisdiction that might be examined. Previously, in September of last year, Mauritius was also referred to as a potential model for separation. Mauritius operates under a hybrid legal system, blending civil and common law traditions, and its 1968 Constitution specifically outlines provisions for both the AG and PP offices.
