Following the announcement of application results on August 14, candidates who have been offered a place must confirm their acceptance of the offer between August 15 and August 23. Once this confirmation is made on the respective public university's website, the official offer letter will be issued by that university. The UPUOnline® system serves as the central portal for checking the results of applications for bachelor's degree programmes at public universities for STPM and equivalent holders for the 2026/2027 academic session. Results will be available from noon on August 14 until August 23. For applicants who are unsuccessful in securing an offer, the UPUOnline® platform also facilitates the submission of appeal applications within the same period, from August 14 to August 23.
Finality of Offers and Appeal Process

The Ministry of Higher Education has stated that the offer of a place is final for the academic session in question, and changes to the study programme or university are not permitted. The appeal selection policy is contingent upon the availability of vacant places within a study programme after the registration of new students has been completed.
