He was instructed to remain at home for three days until he received a negative swab test result. Despite these directives, the following morning, Fathullah departed from his residence.
Activities with a Friend

Upon leaving his home, Fathullah travelled to Bedok MRT Station. There, he met a female friend. The two then proceeded to spend time in the Kallang area.
Duration of Absence

Fathullah and his friend remained out for a significant period. He only returned to his Geylang East Central flat after approximately eight-and-a-half hours had passed since his departure. His swab test result, received the subsequent day, was negative for Covid-19.
