Nimalan testified that he and Ravi Chandaran were instructed by the former second accused, G. Gunsekaran, to dispose of the drum. When asked about the dumping location, Nimalan described it as being near a Chinese primary school and a rubbish dump, adjacent to a pond. This specific area has been identified in media reports as USJ1, Persiaran Subang Mewah, Subang Jaya.
Disposal Following Cement Filling

Prior to its disposal, the drum, which was filled with cement, was located in front of a shop undergoing renovation. Nimalan recounted that the drum was exceptionally heavy, necessitating the use of a forklift to move it into a Mitsubishi Triton vehicle. Ravi Chandaran then directed Nimalan to accompany him to a location approximately 10 minutes away from Gunsekaran's shop to discard the drum.
Involvement of Multiple Accused

The disposal of the drum is a key element in the ongoing murder trial of Kevin Morais. Nimalan, along with five other individuals, has pleaded not guilty to the charge of murdering Kevin Morais. The trial, presided over by Judge Datuk Azman Abdullah, is scheduled to resume on July 23.
