White pomfret fish and Indian prawns also have set wholesale and retail prices, at RM39/RM42 per kilo and RM34/RM39 per kilo respectively. For pork products, live ranch pork is controlled at RM7.80 per kilo, pork belly at RM20 wholesale and RM22 retail per kilo, and pork meat and lard at RM13 wholesale and RM15 retail per kilo.

The ministry is enforcing these controls under the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011. Supply Monitoring and Public Reporting

In addition to price controls, the Agriculture and Agro-based Industry Ministry will monitor supply levels to ensure availability. Ministry officials will be present in high-traffic markets and supermarkets to oversee pricing and supply. The public can report any unfair pricing practices through the ministry's call centre, enforcement command centre, or WhatsApp.
