Unifi Fibre Free Speed Upgrade Excludes 2Gbps and Rahmah Plans

Existing Unifi Fibre broadband customers will receive a free speed upgrade to the next available tier, however, this enhancement is not extended to all subscribers. Specifically, customers currently on the highest 2Gbps (1Gbps + 1Gbps) plan and those subscribed to the RM69 per month 30Mbps Rahmah plan will not be included in this complimentary upgrade.
Highest Tier Plan Excluded

The Unifi Fibre broadband free speed upgrade initiative, which allows existing subscribers to move to the next speed tier, does not encompass customers already on the top-tier 2Gbps plan. This plan, which aggregates two 1Gbps connections, is explicitly excluded from the upgrade.
Special Rahmah Plan Not Included

Additionally, customers subscribed to the RM69 per month 30Mbps Unifi Fibre plan, often referred to as the Rahmah plan, are also not eligible for the free speed upgrade at this time. This means their current speed will remain unchanged under the new upgrade exercise.
Phased Rollout Underway

The speed upgrades are being implemented in phases, with TM aiming to complete the entire exercise within a three-month timeframe. This phased approach allows for a structured deployment of the enhanced speeds across the eligible customer base.
