Fees Incurred Before March 18, 2020

The Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) has stated that VEP fees incurred prior to March 18, 2020, will remain applicable. This applies to Malaysia-registered cars and motorcycles that entered Singapore before this date.
Fees Incurred After April 14, 2020

Similarly, VEP fees incurred after April 14, 2020, will also continue to apply. This clarification ensures that motorists are aware of their financial obligations for periods outside of the specifically announced waivers and extensions.
Exclusions from VEP Fees

VEP fees are not payable during specific times, including weekdays between 5 pm and 2 am, as well as on weekends and Singapore Public Holidays. Furthermore, foreign-registered vehicles are provided with 10 VEP-free days annually.
