Mazlina recalled Zul Hisham giving such instructions on fewer than three occasions.

Preparation of a RM1.3 Million Cheque

In one instance, Mazlina recalled preparing a RM1.3 million cheque from Yayasan Akalbudi. This cheque was payable to the Royal Malaysian Police Football Association and was issued upon receiving instructions from Zul Hisham via WhatsApp. She had notified Zahid about Zul Hisham's message prior to preparing the cheque, and Zahid subsequently signed it without further inquiry. The signed cheque was then handed over to Zahid's driver for delivery to Zul Hisham.
Limited Scope of Instructions

Mazlina's testimony indicated that Zul Hisham's instructions for the use of Yayasan Akalbudi cheques were infrequent, numbering less than three times in total. This contrasts with the regular use of the cheques for various purposes, including Zahid's personal credit card bills, which Mazlina handled with Zahid's explicit permission.
