Datuk Hoh Khai Mun, chairman of the Pahang MCA Liaison Committee, is at the forefront of the 178 individuals recognised with state honours and awards. The investiture ceremony, held in conjunction with the birthday of the Sultan of Pahang, Sultan Ahmad Shah, was presided over by the Regent of Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah.

Hoh Khai Mun is among twelve recipients of the Darjah Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP) award, which confers the title "Datuk Seri." This prestigious award also recognised other notable figures, including International Trade and Industry Ministry Deputy Secretary-General Datuk Norazman Ayob, Sri Inderajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Roushan Arumugam, and ABM Fujiya Berhad chairman Datuk Tay Ah Ching @ Tay Chin Kin. Further recipients of the SSAP award include Datuk Lee Pei Nam, Datuk Lim Eng Wah, Datuk Tan Ah Chong, Dr Chua Chwee Lee, Aswin Techajareonvikul, Yap Kim Fah, and Pua Soo Siang.
