Under the new management of KLIDC, the development will proceed with the construction of Victoria Hospital. Construction works are slated to commence in mid-August, with an estimated duration of 36 months for completion, targeting August 2029. The hospital and hotel are projected to commence operations in the fourth quarter of 2029. Once operational, the 151-bed hospital and 264-room hotel are anticipated to generate approximately 800 employment opportunities.
