Method of Operation and Financial Losses

The modus operandi involves syndicates sending unsolicited emails to targeted companies, offering this fictitious vaccine ingredient. Interested parties are then instructed to make payments for samples to designated "mule accounts." Following payment, the promised samples are never delivered, and the scammers become unreachable, leaving victims with significant financial losses. To date, five complaints have been filed, resulting in a total loss of RM128,498, underscoring the tangible impact of these fraudulent activities.
