The initial pre-qualification period, which commenced on July 22, was originally scheduled to conclude on August 24, but this was subsequently revised.
Facilitating Documentation and Joint Ventures

The extended deadline is intended to provide interested companies with more time to assemble crucial documentation. This includes securing letters of support from financial institutions, a key component for demonstrating financial capability.
