Future-Proofing Skills Amidst Evolving Job Market

Nearly half of respondents, specifically 47 per cent, stated they would not accept a job that lacks learning and development opportunities to future-proof their skills. Furthermore, more than one in three indicated they would leave their current positions if no such opportunities were provided.
