Criminal Trespass Charges

The four men, along with three others who remain at large, were jointly accused of entering the "Sweet Care Home" without permission. This welfare home is owned by K.Thanam, 44, and is located at Jalan Bidara 3/3 Taman Bidara Selayang, Gombak. The alleged incident of criminal trespass occurred at 12:30 PM on May 12.
Additional Intimidation Charge

In addition to the trespassing charge, John Banner, 39, also faces a separate accusation. He pleaded not guilty to criminally intimidating M.Revathi, 25, the daughter of the welfare home's owner. This alleged intimidation took place at the same location and time as the trespassing incident.
Bail and Court Proceedings

The court granted bail to the accused individuals. R.K.Ramah Krishnan, S.Kamalanathan, and E.Raymond were each allowed bail of RM1,000 with one surety. John Banner's bail was set higher at RM2,000 with one surety, covering both the trespassing and intimidation charges he faces. The court has scheduled July 2 for a mention of the case.
