Focus on LTAT's Financial Reserves

The upcoming proceedings aim to gather further clarification regarding the disclosure of LTAT’s negative financial reserves, as highlighted in the Auditor General’s Report (LKAN) released in March. The LKAN specifically noted that LTAT had not provided clear valuations for investments in subsidiary companies, amounting to RM812 million, which includes RM768 million in Boustead Holdings Bhd and RM44 million in Pharmaniaga Bhd.
