Government Guarantee for Top SPM Achievers

The Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) and the Ministry of Education (MoE) will collaborate to identify and facilitate these students.

Appeals Process Available for Unsuccessful Applicants

Students who obtained 10As and above in the 2023 SPM examinations and did not receive offers for matriculation or public university foundation programmes by June 20 and June 28, respectively, are able to submit an appeal. This process ensures that all high-achieving students are considered for further study opportunities.
